AADHAAR
Zephyr takes immense pride in being a key contributor to the Aadhaar Project, a
cornerstone of India’s national e-governance plan. Designed to make welfare systems
more inclusive and accessible, the Aadhaar initiative is spearheaded by the Unique
Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), which provides each resident with a unique
identification number.
With comprehensive experience in Aadhaar enrolment services, Zephyr has established
itself as a trusted partner in this mission. Operating across 18 states with a robust
network of more than 2,500 Aadhaar Enrolment Centers, we have successfully
completed over 1.40 crore enrolments to date.
EMITRA
Zephyr is proud to play a pivotal role in the e-Mitra initiative, a flagship e-governance
project by the Government of Rajasthan (GoR). Designed to bring government and
private-sector services closer to citizens, e-Mitra is implemented across all 33 districts
of the state using a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
Zephyr operates at over 1,000 e-Mitra stores across Rajasthan, supported by a
dedicated and well-equipped team prepared to deliver seamless service. Leveraging
advanced instruments and streamlined processes, we ensure citizens receive timely
and efficient assistance.
e-KYC and Authentication User Agency (AUA)
E-KYC (Electronic Know Your Customer) offers a seamless and secure method for
identity verification. As an Authentication User Agency (AUA), Zephyr enables
businesses and organizations to perform accurate and efficient identity checks,
ensuring that individuals are who they claim to be and possess the necessary attributes
to engage in transactions.
Zephyr is actively involved in e-KYC services, operating through a network of centers,
call centers, and kiosks, providing services in partnership with leading digital platforms
such as Paytm and Mobikwik. Our processes ensure that both individuals and
businesses can conduct transactions with confidence, minimizing fraud risks and
enhancing the security of interactions.
